  • This one is my usual breakfast smoothie.

    1/3 cup chopped strawberry
    1/3 cup chopped blueberry or other seasonal berries

    1 small banana (1/2 large one)
    1 serving of yogurt
    1/2 cup of ice.
    optional : 2 tblspoons of protein mix.

    mix together. take it with you on your commute.

  • simple and quick diet chocolate shake (by LCD from Taos, NM)
  • 1/2 cup of lowfat chocolate milk.
    1/2 cup of ice.

    blend together until all the ice is gone, and the drink becomes nice and foamy.

    drink while it's super cold.

    I usually have this when I get back from work, and I need to relax.

  • Blue Heaven (by LCD from Taos, NM)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup of Concord Grapes
    1/2 cup of grape juice
    1/2 cup+ of ice.

    Blend the fruit and juice together. drop cubes of ice until desired thickness.

    it's really good for you, lots of antioxidants.

  • Chocolate Milkshake (by LCD from Taos, NM)
  • 1 cup of Breyers Chocolate ice cream
    1 cup of ice cold milk.

    make sure the milk is really cold, and ice cream relatively soft.

    mix in short spurts, don't overmix or it will turn into butter.

    quick chocolate milkshake, all natural.
